Hi, I’m Kate!
I joined Carricks in January 2023 to support Paul and Nick with their clients and manage the day-to-day running of their diaries. Since then, my role has grown to include keeping the office running seamlessly, coordinating with our team and external providers, and ensuring every client is welcomed and cared for with the attention they deserve.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping clients with everything from policy changes to liaising with suppliers, making sure their needs are met without stress or confusion. I enjoy being that reliable point of contact who ensures things are running smoothly behind the scenes.
A highlight of my journey so far was being awarded Business Support Person of the Year at the 2024 Wealthpoint Conference in Blenheim, a milestone I’m incredibly proud of, especially as it was my team who nominated me for this recognition.
Outside of work, I am a mum to 2 beautiful girls, so I spend most of my time with my young family. If I’m not with them, you will often find me out on the golf course with my husband getting in some practice for my new hobby. I’m passionate about creating a positive experience for every client we work with and love being part of a team that shares that same vision.
